Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time on the My Account page; you keep using your plan until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions also never renew automatically; when the period ends your account returns to the free plan.
• Because Simit GPT is a digital service performed instantly, there is no right of withdrawal, as stated before payment (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-ğ). The remaining period of an activated plan is therefore not refunded.

API credit

• API credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is loaded; any part not used within that time expires. Usage is always taken from the oldest credit first.
• Credit that has been spent is not refunded.

Payments that are always refunded

In these cases the full payment is refunded to the card you paid with within 14 days of your request:

• Duplicate or wrong charge: more than one charge for the same purchase, or a different amount than shown.
• Service not delivered: payment taken but the plan not activated or the credit not added, and we cannot fix it.

Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

How to request

Write to info@cmtedu.com from your account's e-mail address with your name, the purchase date and the amount. We reply within 3 business days.
