The rules and responsibilities that apply when you use Simit GPT.
By using Simit GPT (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the service
Simit GPT is an assistant that generates text with AI and is in beta. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued without prior notice.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Accuracy of answers
AI answers may contain incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. Answers are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Verify information with official sources and experts before making important decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Carry out activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Türkiye or of your country
- Infringe others' rights, personality rights or intellectual property
- Generate harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence or content related to child abuse
- Develop malware, phishing or cyber attacks
- Attempt to bypass security, overload the Service or send automated bulk queries
- Mislead others by presenting AI output as human-written
Access may be restricted if such use is detected.
5. Content rights
You are responsible for the content you write. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the outputs you generate through the Service. Note that similar questions from other users may receive similar answers.
Rights in the Simit GPT name, logo and software belong to us.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

How we process your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
