2. Subject
The subject is the provision of the following digital services bought electronically on simitgpt.com:
- Subscription plans (Pro, Code, Pro + Code): access to the plan's features for the selected period (1 month or 1 year).
- API credit: prepaid balance loaded to the account to be spent on Simit API usage; valid for 1 year from the date it is loaded.
The services' main features, usage limits and prices are on the Pricing and API Platform pages.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in Turkish lira including taxes, and the total is shown again at checkout. Payment is taken once by credit or debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure; card details never reach Simit GPT servers. Yearly plans are 25% off the monthly price.
4. Performance and delivery
As soon as payment is confirmed, the plan is activated immediately on your account or the API credit is added immediately. There is no physical delivery. The subscription period starts on the payment date.
5. Renewal
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When the period ends, your account returns to the free plan; to continue, you purchase again. Your card is never charged again without your approval.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Because the service starts immediately upon payment, you are informed through this form before paying that there is no right of withdrawal. For refunds see Cancellation and Refunds.
7. Buyer's obligations
The buyer agrees to use the service in line with the Terms of Use, keep account details accurate and not share the account.
8. Complaints and disputes
You can send requests and complaints to info@cmtedu.com or +90 538 648 07 11. Disputes within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committees of your place of residence or of the transaction; disputes above those limits by the Consumer Courts.
9. Entry into force
The agreement is concluded when the buyer confirms at checkout that they have read and accepted this text. The date, time and version of that confirmation are stored with the purchase.
